Processing time is separate from delivery time.

8. Authority to leave
If you provide authority to leave or the carrier leaves your parcel in a safe place, you accept the risk of loss, theft or damage after delivery is marked as completed by the carrier.
We recommend using a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
9. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist where possible with tracking, carrier enquiries, or claims.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
